Large club’s headwear are also suitable for use in other contexts such as sports matches.

Headwear materials:
Headwear fabric: 25×50 cm tightly microfiber polyester, fabric quality 60-80 grams/m2.
Total weight of club sports headwear with printed logo including packing is approx. 40 grams.

Image quality and printing:
Printing of sports headwear is done with heat transfer to the textile which gives a nice result and good durability.
Heat transfer printing also gives very good color reproduction on your club events.
Sports headwear are printed on outside like a circle, inside is white original microfiber material color without any print.

Delivery of graphic files of supporter flags with logo:
We recommend 72-125 dpi for high-quality printing and a good visual experience. We print up to 125 dpi.
Image file must be in CMYK. Logos and other important colors should have Pantone references.
Graphic file size should be 27 x 52 cm for headwear 25×50.
We prefer PDF or TIF (without layers, LZW/ZIP compressed). Make sure to include a color profile and all fonts are vectorized.

Delivery time for printed customized sports/club headwear:
Sports/Club headwear with logos normally have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks from the time the print-ready file is received.

Recycling of headwear:
After using club/events headwear, we recommend recycling both the plastic packing and fabric if it is to be thrown away!
